The videos have been captured in windows media format. If your Internet speed is dial up you should select the slower speed of 38kbps and if you have DSL/Broadband select the higher speed of 150kbps.
Windows media does have a feature that allows for hearing the audio even if your Internet speed cannot keep up with the video portion. If your Internet speed is too slow the video portion will not be in synchronization with the audio.
